Indian Krait Blue Krait
- Living Areas: Lowland Dry Zone, Intermediate Zone
- Length: 3-4 feet.
- Number of white stripe pairs: 40-45.
- Hiding during the day: Hidden in decaying bark, boulders, piles of rocks, dry grass, wood piles as well as loose sandy soil.
- Number of eggs laid at a time: Lays between 5-10.
- Staple food: small snakes, lizards, rats and squirrels
- Indian krait blue krait are more likely to cause death within 12 hours.
